Confirmation Call
Within 24 hours we will call to confirm your appointment time, date, and what to bring.

Arrive & Register
Arrive 15 minutes early. Our Patient Navigator will greet you and guide you through registration.

Review of Records
Your oncologist reviews any existing test results, scans, or referral letters before meeting you.

Consultation
A thorough 45-minute consultation — your history, examination, and initial treatment discussion.

Care Plan
If further tests are needed, we schedule them before you leave. Your plan begins immediately.
